Pipaluk is a newly renovated, small wooden house with a central location in town. From the garden you can see the fjord, just down the street, and on the other side of the house you can enjoy a fabulous view of the mountains behind Narsaq-Qaqqarsuaq (685 m) and Tasiigaq (approx. 300 m), two landmarks that are separated by a ravine carved by a mountain stream.
Since Pipaluk has a convenient central location, the town's supermarkets are within easy walking distance. In fact, there is even a convenience store two houses up the street that sells basic food items and is open every evening until nearly midnight.
The house has approx. 45 sq. meters of space (500 sq. ft.) and has a combined kitchen/living room, a small adjoining bedroom separated from the rest of the living space by a curtain, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious entrance area and a front garden surrounded by a picket fence. The house is fully equipped with dishes, towels, sheets, a washing machine, freezer, etc.
Because it is well insulated and has central heating, Pipaluk is ideally suited for winter vacations.
We charge 500 euros a week, including utilities like electricity and water.
During the off-season, the heating costs will be billed extra.
A reservation is only binding after 50% of the rental price
has been paid. We send a rental agreement to all guests, including a description of terms and conditions. The remaining 50% of the rental price is due four weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period.
We recommend that guests visiting during the summer months make their reservations well in advance.
